摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理模式在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法:选取90例择期手术患者,按护理方式不同分组,对照组(n=45)应用常规护理模式,研究组(n=45)应用人性化护理模式。结果:护理后,研究组HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理依从性是97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理模式在手术室护理中的应用价值显著,可推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of humanized nursing mode in operating room nursing.Methods:90 patients with elective surgery were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.And the control group(n=45)applied the conventional nursing mode,and the research group(n=45)applied the humanized nursing mode.Results:After nursing,HAMA score in the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing compliance of the patients in the study group was 97.78%,higher than 84.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of humanized nursing mode in operating room is significant and can be popularized.
