摘要
为研究西藏3种沙棘属(Hippophae)植物1年生实生苗在干旱胁迫下的光合特性和响应机制,以云南沙棘(H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis)、江孜沙棘(H.gyantsensis)和肋果沙棘(H.neurocarpa)苗木为材料,采用盆栽法,共设持续干旱0、15、30 d三组处理,对3种沙棘属植物进行干旱试验,测量光合指标,并比较3种沙棘属植物抗旱性差别。结果显示:干旱胁迫可降低3种沙棘属植物光能吸收效率,随着干旱胁迫的增加,Pn、α、Pmax、Isat、Rd、ETR和qP均呈下降趋势,Ic呈上升趋势;云南沙棘各光合参数下降幅度最大;干旱30 d时,云南沙棘与江孜沙棘Pmax值基本相同,江孜沙棘的α最大,云南沙棘Isat、Rd和Ic最高;干旱胁迫对江孜沙棘qP和ETR的影响最小,对云南沙棘影响最大。干旱30 d时,江孜沙棘叶片相对含水量最大,云南沙棘最小;江孜沙棘相对水分亏缺随干旱胁迫的增加呈逐渐上升趋势,云南沙棘上升幅度最大。江孜沙棘在干旱胁迫下光合抑制作用小,光能转化效率高,光合积累强,抗旱性较云南沙棘和肋果沙棘强。
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics and response mechanism of threeyear-old seedlings of Hippophae in Tibet under drought stress,H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis,H.gyantsensis and H.neurocarpa were used as the material,and the pot culture method was used to treat the three groups separately sustained drought 0,15,30 days for three species of Hippophae,and the photosynthesis index was measured,and the drought resistance of three species of Hippophae was compared.The results showed that drought stress could reduce the light energy absorption efficiency of three species of Hippophae.With the increase of drought stress,Pn,a,Pmax,Isat,Rd,ETR and qP all showed a downward trend,and Ic showed an upward trend.The photosynthesis parameters decreased the most.When the drought was 30 days,the Pmax values of H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis and H.gyantsensis were basically the same.That of the H.gyantsensis was the largest,the Isat,Rd and Ic of the seabuckthorn were the highest.The drought stress had the least impact on the qP and ETR of the H.gyantsensi and most influential the H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis.At 30 days of drought,the relative water content of H.gyantsensi.leaves was the largest,but the relative water content of H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis was the lowest.The relative water deficit of H.gyantsensi.increased gradually with the increase of drought stress,and H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis increased most.Under drought stress,the H.gyantsensis had little photosynthesis inhibition effect,high light energy conversion efficiency,strong photosynthesis accumulation,so the drought resistance was stronger than that of H.rhamnoides subsp.yunnanensis and H.neurocarpa.
