硅灰和石灰石粉对MKPC浆体力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究硅灰和石灰石粉对MKPC水泥浆体力学性能的影响,采用水浸泡和自然养护的方法,测试了参考样、单掺硅灰和石灰石粉以及双掺硅灰和石灰石粉等不同矿物掺合料对MKPC基材料硬化体的力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺入矿物掺合料可以改善MKPC基材料浆体的质量损失;其中,以双掺矿物掺合料MKPC基材料浆体的性能为最佳,同时,研究还发现MKPC硬化体试块的抗压强度无论在何种养护条件下,掺入矿物掺合料的MKPC硬化体的抗压强度较未掺入任何矿物掺合料的抗压强度得到很好的改善,尤其以双掺硅灰和石灰石粉的MKPC硬化体的强度改善最佳。 In order to study the effect of silica fume and limestone powder on the mechanical properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement paste,by using water immersion and natural curing methods,the mechanical properties of magnesium potassium phosphate cement based slurry were tested.At the same time also test sample and the single doped silicon ash and limestone and double doped silicon ash and limestone different mineral admixtures on the potassium magnesium phosphate cement base material hardening body mechanics performance.The results show that the quality loss of magnesium phosphate cement base material is improved by adding mineral admixture.Among them,the double doped mineral admixture material properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement paste is the best.At the same time,the study also found that hardening MKPC matrix composites the compressive strength regardless of the curing condition,the compressive strength mixed with mineral admixture MKPC hardening material is not mixed with any mineral the compressive strength of the blending material is improved,especially with a double doped silicon ash and limestone strength of hardened body MKPC matrix composite material to improve the best.
