摘要
针对染整过程中丝光过程中碱回用率低且回用碱品质差、染色过程中的耗盐量大和各印染车间耗水量大等突出问题,重点介绍了高膜法回收碱技术获得清洁碱、高效臭氧脱色实现高盐短程回用等清洁技术,并对该技术的技术优势和市场前景进行了分析,可为今后的纺织企业实施清洁生产技术提供一些思路和借鉴。
The outstanding problems,such as low alkali reuse rate and poor alkali quality in mercerizing process,large salt consumption in dyeing process and large water consumption in each printing and dyeing workshop,etc.This paper mainly introduces some cleaning technologies,such as obtaining clean alkali by high membrane alkali recovery technology,realizing high salt short-range reuse by high efficiency ozone decolorization,etc.And its technical advantages and market prospect are also analyzed.This will provide ideas and lessons for the future implementation of cleaner production by textile enterprises.
