摘要
介绍了电伴热带的工作原理、分类及核电厂常用的电伴热系统控制方式,并结合某核电厂厂址废物处理设施处生产水管道增加电伴热改造项目的工程设计经验,对管道电伴热的热损失计算、长度确定、选择步骤进行了说明,为其他核电项目电伴热技术的应用提供参考。
The working principle,classification of heat tracing belt and control method of heat tracing system were introduced.Based on engineering design experience on modification project of adding electric heat tracing facilities to production water pipeline in a nuclear power plant,the heat loss calculation of pipeline,how to confirm the length of heat tracing belt,and design steps were introduced.The references to the application of heat tracing technology for other nuclear power plant were given.
