摘要
针对龙泉至政平±500 kV直流送电线路耐张线夹引流板断裂,进行损伤机理分析。应用计算仿真分析了耐张线夹引流板疲劳强度,探讨了引起引流板疲劳损伤的原因。在此基础上,提出治理方案和措施,研制新型双板式耐张线夹引流板及RTXJ型柔性小间隔棒(或柔性调距线夹)。重新设计和更换防振系统,应用具有自主知识产权的新型防振锤。最后根据研究成果,提出了新的标准和推广应用方法。
According to the fracture of current plate of the strain clamp in Longquan-Zhengping±500 kV DC transmission line,the damage mechanism is analyzed.The fatigue strength of the current plate of the strain clamp is analyzed by calculation and simulation,and the causes of the fatigue damage of the current plate are analyzed.On this basis,the control plan and measures are proposed,and the new double-plate strain clamp and RTXJ small flexible spacer(or flexible pitch clamp)are developed.The anti-vibration system is redesigned and replaced,and a new anti-vibration hammer with independent intellectual property rights is applied.According to the research results,new standards and methods of popularization and application are put forward.
