摘要
商用车空调系统的除霜管道是保证驾驶员在寒冷环境下安全驾驶的重要部件。为探究商用车除霜管道结构对前挡风玻璃除霜效果的影响,针对某一商用车除霜管道,分别建立了除霜管道及驾驶室的网格模型。应用FLUENT仿真软件对管道、驾驶室内部流场进行仿真,得到管道各出口的流量分配、驾驶室前挡风玻璃的气流分布。分析了管道的不足并提出了不同的改进方案,探讨了除霜风管的出风口位置以及大小对前挡风玻璃上气流分布的影响,为除霜管道设计提供了参考。
For certain a commercial vehicle,a defrost pipeline model and a cab model were established respectively.The flow fields inside the pipe and cab were simulated by FLUENT to obtain the flow distribution of pipeline exit and the front windscreen in cab.Some modified methods of pipe models were proposed for studying the effects of position and size of the defrosting pipeline exiton flow distribution on the front windshield,which provides references for designing defrosting pipeline.
