摘要
每年迎峰度夏、迎峰度冬等特殊时期,企业两台煤机双机运行,其他时期,基本是单台机组长期运行,且负荷控制在70%以下。根据《江苏省节能发电调度替代电量交易运行规则》(苏经信电力[2011]94号文),单机运行时期,机组发电量可由其他公司节能机组代发。将机组发电量由其它公司高效机组代发,从而大大提升发电效益。
In the special period of peaking summer and peaking winter,the two coal machines are operated in two machines.In other periods,the single unit is basically operated for a long time,and the load is controlled below 70%.According to the“Jiangsu Province Energy-saving Power Generation Dispatch Alternate Electricity Trading Operation Rules”(Su Jingxin Power[2011]No.94),during the single-machine operation period,the unit’s power generation capacity can be issued by other companies’energy-saving units.The power generation of the unit will be issued by other companies’high-efficiency units,which will greatly improve the power generation efficiency.
