摘要
城市文化消费研究是消费行为的重要研究领域,其投入产出效率决定了相关资源配置的有效性。分析和构建了城市文化消费效率评价指标体系,以2017年江西11个城市为研究对象,运用DEA方法对其进行效率分析。结果表明:江西城市文化消费的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率平均值分别为0.566、0.633和0.876;三种效率最高的城市是新余市和鹰潭市;赣州市的综合效率和技术效率最低;南昌市的规模效率最低。根据效率分析结果,为提升江西城市文化消费效率提出了具有理论参考价值的政策建议。
The study of urban cultural consumption is an important research field of consumption behavior,and its input-output efficiency determines the effectiveness of the allocation of related resources.The evaluation index system of urban cultural consumption efficiency is analyzed and constructed.The efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi in 2017 is analyzed by DEA method.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of urban cultural consumption in Jiangxi are 0.566,0.633 and 0.876,respectively;the three most efficient cities are Xinyu City and Yingtan City;Ganzhou City has the lowest comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency;and Nanchang City has the lowest scale efficiency.According to the results of efficiency analysis,some policy suggestions with theoretical reference value are put forward to improve the efficiency of urban cultural consumption in Jiangxi.
