摘要
旨在研究饲粮中不同粗纤维、淀粉水平对伊普吕母兔生产性能的影响,以确定其适宜的粗纤维、淀粉需要量。试验饲粮设计4个处理,粗纤维/淀粉比例为0.83(14.51%/17.58%)、0.94(15.52%/16.56%)、1.05(16.48%/15.64%)、1.15(17.42%/15.09%)。数据分析,饲粮粗纤维/淀粉水平为1.05(16.48%/15.64%)的母兔受胎率、平均窝产活仔数、活仔兔出生窝重、断奶仔兔窝重显著高于0.83和1.15处理组(P<0.05),虽然饲粮粗纤维/淀粉比例为0.9(15.52%/16.56%)和1.05(16.48%/15.64%)相比,仅平均断奶窝重存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但仍有部分母兔出现软粪现象。试验证实,饲粮中粗纤维和淀粉保持在适宜的比例能使伊普吕母兔获得较好的生产性能,饲粮粗纤维与淀粉最佳比例为1.05(16.48%/15.64%)。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different crude fiber and starch levels on the performance of female Hyplus rabbits in order to determine the suitable crude fiber and starch requirements.The test diet was designed in 4 treatments,and the crude fiber/starch ratio was 0.83(14.51%/17.58%),0.94(15.52%/16.56%),1.05(16.48%/15.64%),and 1.15(17.42%/15.09%)..Data analysis showed that the rabbits with a crude fiber/starch level of 1.05(16.48%/15.64%)had a higher rate of conception,average litter size,average litter weight,and average weaned litter weight than the 0.83 and 1.15 treatment groups(P<0.05),although the crude fiber/starch ratio of the diet was 0.94(15.52%/16.56%)and 1.05(16.48%/15.64%),only the average weaning litter weight was significantly different(P<0.05).However,some female rabbits still have soft feces.The experiment confirmed that the proper ratio of crude fiber and starch in the diet can achieve better production performance of the female Hyplus rabbit,and the optimal ratio of crude fiber to starch was 1.05(16.48%/15.64%).
