摘要
目的了解新入职护士的人格特质,探讨新入职护士人格特质与生活质量的相关性,为新入职护士进行个体化的管理和培训提供参考依据.方法对2015年该院80名新入职护士采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16FP)和简明健康测量量表(SF-36)进行调查,对调查数据进行分析.结果新入职护士生活质量下的精神健康评分低于中国普通女性人群常模,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson积矩相关分析和逐步回归分析显示,稳定性低、有恒性低、幻想性高的护士自评健康状况较差,持强性高的护士生理机能较差,有恒性低、忧虑性高的护士生理职能较差,稳定性低的护士躯体疼痛越重,稳定性和有恒性低、紧张性高的护士精力较差,有恒性低、忧虑性高的护士情感职能较差,有恒性低、紧张性高、易怀疑护士的精神健康较差.结论对新入职护士行岗前培训时,应更加注重护士的心理健康问题,并根据不同人格特质的护士实施综合性干预,加强新入职护士正性情绪的体验,减少负性人格、情绪和心理对新入职护士生活质量的影响,以提高新入职护士的生活质量.
Objective To understand the personality traits of the new recruits nurses and to explore the relationship between the personality characteristics and the quality of life of the new recruits nurses,so as to provide a reference for the individualized management and training of the new recruits nurses.Methods The survey data were analyzed by 80 new nurses in our hospital in 2015 using the cartel 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16FP)and the Medical Outcome Study 36 Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36).Results The mental health score of new nurses was lower than that of Chinese general female population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson product moment correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis showed that the stability is low,have a low persistence,high sexual fantasy nurse self-reported health status is poorer,a strong sexual physiology is poorer,high nurse have a low persistence,anxiety,high n physiological function,poor stability of low nurse the heavier body pain,stability and low persistence,high tension of nurse less energy,have low persistence,anxiety,high nurses emotional function is poorer,have a low persistence,high tension,easy to doubt the nursexs poor mental health.Conclusion Line of pre-service training,the new nurses should pay more attention to the nurse's mental health problems,and according to the different personality traits of the nurse implement comprehensive intervention,strengthen new nurse positive emotional experience,reduce the negative emotions,personality and psychological quality of life,the influence of the new nurses in order to improve the new nursesz quality of life.
