摘要
研究了精密角接触球轴承径向游隙测量过程中球分布形式对测量误差的影响,结果表明:随着球数的减少,球分布形式对径向游隙测量误差的影响急剧增大;随着接触角的增大,径向游隙测量误差也趋于变大;由于测量载荷会引起套圈变形,随着外圈壁厚的减小,径向游隙测量误差也会显著增大。
The influence of distribution form of balls on measuring error is studied during measurement of radial clearance of precision angular contact ball bearings.The results show that the influence of distribution form of balls on measuring error of radial clearance is increased dramatically with decrease of number of balls,and the measuring error of radial clearance tends to become bigger with increase of contact angle.The deformation of rings is caused by measurement of load,and the measuring error of radial clearance is increased significantly with decrease of wall thickness of outer rings.
