摘要
牙中牙是牙内陷较严重的一种类型,前磨牙较少见。该文报道1例双侧下颌前磨牙牙中牙伴根尖周炎病例。经过根尖诱导、完善的根管治疗,根尖病变得以愈合,牙根继续发育。
Dens in dente is a severe type of dens invaginatus. This article reports one case of dens in dente of mandibular premolars with acute apical periodontitis. The case was treated successfully with apexification and microscopic root canal therapy and the tooth kept developing.
