摘要
在全球碳税政策和客户群体绿色偏好的背景下,以港航供应链上下游参与主体为例,从港口和船舶的管理角度出发,研究港航供应链上下游参与主体碳减排过程中的影响因素,分别建立集中、分散两种决策情形下港口企业和船公司的碳减排决策博弈模型,探究不同博弈模型下港航企业在碳减排方面的决策,并分析不同参数对于关键变量的影响。研究结果表明:在集中决策情形下,港航企业以及客户群体的利益可以达到最优目标;其次,政府对港区征收碳税的举措以及客户群体绿色意识的提高,都会促进港口方和船方的减排力度。
Under the background of global carbon tax policy and the green preference of customer group, this paper takes the upstream and downstream participation subjects of the port and air supply chain as an example, studies the influence factors in the carbon emission reduction process of the upstream and downstream of the port supply chain from the point of view of port and ship management, the game models of carbon emission reduction of port enterprises and shipping companies are established under the condition of centralized and decentralized decision-making, the decision-making of carbon emission reduction of port and shipping enterprises under different game models is explored, and the influence of different parameters on key variables is analyzed. The results show that the interests of port and shipping enterprises and customer groups can achieve the optimal goal under the condition of centralized decision-making. Secondly, the measures of the government to impose carbon tax on port areas and the improvement of green awareness of customer groups will promote the emission reduction of port and ship parties.
