摘要
为实现建筑业碳减排目标,运用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,对2004-2017年中国30个省、自治区、直辖市建筑业碳排放效率进行研究,并借助莫兰指数分析其空间关联性。研究发现:研究期内中国30省份建筑业碳排放效率为0.805,呈现出"M"型曲线的走势;建筑业碳排放效率不高主要是由于其规模效率不足引起的,且存在显著的区域差异性,与区域经济发达程度具有较高的一致性,"东高西低"特征较为明显;建筑业碳排放效率在空间上表现出较强的正相关性,具有明显的空间依赖性和空间异质性,高-高聚集区主要分布在东部长三角沿海地区,低-低聚集区主要分布在东北、西南和西北地区。
In order to achieve the goal of carbon emission reduction in construction industry, this paper studies the carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China from 2004 to 2017, by using the super efficiency SBM model with undesired output, and analyzes its spatial correlation with the help of Moran index. The study finds that: in the study period, the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry in 30 provinces in China is 0.805, showing the trend of the "M"-type curve;the low efficiency value of carbon emission in China’s construction industry is mainly caused by the lack of scale efficiency, there are significant regional differences in efficiency value, which is consistent with the degree of regional economic development, and the characteristics of "east high and west low" are more obvious;the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry shows a strong positive correlation in space, with obvious spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity, the high-high accumulation area is mainly distributed in the coastal areas of the East Ministerial Triangle, and the low-low accumulation area is mainly distributed in the northeast, southwest and northwest regions.
