摘要
建筑工程结构灾后质量评估是一项专业性强、技术含量高的工作。以某厂房火灾后的结构性能鉴定为例,阐述了常见结构在火灾作用后的质量评估要点和鉴定流程,并依据检测结果对受灾构件做出评估,以供灾后建筑工程鉴定参考.
Post-disaster quality assessment of construction engineering structure is a highly professional and technical work.Taking the structural performance appraisal of a factory building after fire as an example,this paper expounds the main points of quality evaluation and appraisal process of common structures after fire action,and evaluates the disaster-stricken components according to the test results,so as to provide reference for the appraisal of post-disaster construction projects.
