摘要
目的探讨放散式冲击波疗法对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛症状的改善作用。方法随机选取2015年7月—2019年1月间信阳市中心医院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者76例作为本次的研究对象,并根据临床治疗方案的差异性将其分为传统组和区分组,每组38例。传统组采用中药熏洗疗法;区分组采用中药熏洗疗法+放散式冲击波疗法。就两组患者的临床疗效以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分情况与生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分情况进行对比分析。结果实施针对性治疗方案后,区分组患者在上述所有临床相关指标中均优于传统组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。区分组和传统组的临床总有效率分别为94.74%和73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在采用中药熏洗疗法对颈肩腰腿痛患者进行常规性治疗的同时对其实施放散式冲击波疗法方案,可在显著改善患者疼痛症状的基础上不断提升临床疗效,并且还有利于进一步优化其生活质量,值得临床借鉴与推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of radiative shock wave therapy on pain symptoms in patients with neck,shoul?der,waist and leg pain.Methods 76 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in the hospital from July,2015 to January,2019 were randomly selected as the experimental study samples.According to the difference of clinical treatment plan,they were di?vided into two groups respectively for differential treatment(traditional group:traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy;District group:traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy,radiative shock wave therapy).Then,the clinical curative effect,VAS(Visual analogue score)and SF-36 score in two groups of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of targeted treatment regimen,all the clinical related indexes mentioned above were superior to those in the traditional group,and the difference between the two data was statistically significant(P<0.05)The clinical effective rates of the two groups were 94.74%(district group)and 73.68%(traditional group),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion The routine treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy and the radiative shock wave therapy can improve the clinical efficacy,and significantly improve the pain symptoms of the patients.And it’s also conducive to further optimization.So it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
