摘要
目的对行人工耳蜗植入术的8周岁儿童患儿实行围手术期护理干预的效果进行分析探讨。方法从郑州大学附属儿童医院于2017年11月—2018年11月间进行人工耳蜗植入术的8周岁儿童中,选取98例作为本次的研究对象,并按照数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施精细化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果经过护理,观察组的术前镇静成功率、术后敷料松脱率等围手术期指标均优于对照组;观察组手术前后的SCAS评分亦均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人工耳蜗植入术患儿实施精细化护理,有助于改善患儿的心理状态和预后,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on 8-year-old children undergoing cochlear im?plantation.Methods 98 eight years old children who underwent cochlear implantation in the hospital from November,2017 to Novem?ber,2018 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were divided into 49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the observa?tion group according to the digital table method.The control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were given meticulous nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the preoperative sedation success rate and dressing loosening rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The SCAS scores of the observation group before and after operation were also significantly better than those of the control group,with sta?tistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing for children with cochlear implantation is helpful to improve their psychologi?cal status and prognosis.So it is worthy of clinical application.
