摘要
针对中国水资源的开发利用问题,运用主成分分析法,将水资源开发中的7个指标利用SPSS软件构建出水资源利用的评价模型,阐述了我国水资源开发利用未达到国家要求的红线水平的现状;其次通过灰色关联度法解释水资源利用指标对万元国内生产总值和万元工业增加值的影响程度;最后利用聚类分析法将我国各省分为四大类,对各类具有代表性的省份的九项水资源利用指标进行预测,得出了各类地区水资源开发利用存在的问题以及需要的应对措施。
In view of the development and utilization of water resources in China,the principal component analysis method is applied,and the evaluation model of water resources utilization is constructed by using SPSS software in combination with seven indicators in water resources development.Secondly,the grey relational degree method is used to explain the influence of water resources utilization index on ten thousand yuan GDP and ten thousand yuan industrial added value.Finally,cluster analysis is used to divide China’s provinces into four categories.Nine water resources utilization indexes of representative provinces are predicted,and the existing problems of development and utilization of water resources in various regions as well as the necessary countermeasures are obtained.
