摘要
目的:探究内热针联合下肢骨伤洗方对膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的治疗作用。方法:选择我院骨伤科2018年1-12月收诊的78例KOA患者为观察对象,随机分为两组,各39例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,实验组基于此,给予内热针联合下肢骨伤洗方治疗,疗程结束后,比较组间治疗效果的差异。结果:治疗前,实验组与对照组的Lysholm评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visuol Analogue Scale,VAS)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,实验组的治疗总有效率及Lysholm评分明显高于对照组,屈肌肌力明显强于对照组,活动范围明显大于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,(P <0.05),但两组治疗后伸肌肌力对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:内热针联合下肢骨伤洗方治疗KOA效果显著,有助于提升膝关节功能,缓解疼痛,促进患者生活质量的提高。
Objective: To investigate efficacy of the Xiazhi Gushang prescription( 下肢骨伤洗方) on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 78 cases were divided into two groups, 39 cases in each. The control group was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate;and the experimental group was given Neire needle( 内 热 针) more. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency and Lysholm score in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. The flexors myodynamia was significantly stronger than the control group, and the activity range was significantly larger than that in the control group. The VAS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the extensors myodynamia between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Xiazhi Gushang prescription on knee osteoarthritis shows good effects, can improve knee function and quality of life, and relieve pain.
