摘要
引经理论是中医药独特的理论,与现代靶向给药体系有一定的相通之处。现代药理研究揭示了引经实质的一些科学内涵,可能与引经药改变了药物在体内的分布,改变了药物的代谢有关。现代医学中,磷酸二酯酶5抑制剂(PDE5i)在ED治疗上应用广泛,主要作用机制为增加动脉供血和改善阴茎血管内皮功能为主。中医学也逐步与现代医学互鉴融合,在中西医结合治疗ED时也常用PDE5i,目前主流观点为活血、补肾等作用。但PDE5i也具有引经药的一些显著特征和优点,可以在中医药理论的指导下,纳入到ED的中医药治疗体系中来,发挥增效作用。
Medicinal guide theory is a unique theory of Chinese medicine,which bears some similarities to the modern targeted drug delivery system.Modern pharmacological studies have revealed some scientific connotations of the essence of medicinal guide,which may be related to the changes of drug distribution and metabolism it induces.In modern medicine,phosphodiesterase type 5(PDE5)inhibitors are widely used in the treatment of impotence or ED,with the main underlying mechanisms of increasing arterial blood supply and improving penile vascular endothelial function.With the gradual integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with modern medicine,PDE5 inhibitors are also commonly used for the treatment of ED in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,based on the mainstream view of promoting blood circulation and invigorating the kidney.However,PDE5 inhibitors also have some remarkable characteristics and advantages of medicinal guide drugs,which can be widely incorporated into the treatment system of ED under the guidance of TCM theories and play a huge role in enhancing and expanding therapeutic efficacy.
