摘要
为实现对小米品种的快速鉴别,试验采用近红外光谱技术对120份小米进行研究,结果表明,试验建立的小米定性分析模型对红谷子的正确鉴别率为100%,定量分析模型的验证集的RMSEP为0.176,R^2为96.68。为此,采用近红外光谱技术对小米品种的快速鉴别具有一定的可行性。
In order to realize the rapid identification of millet varieties,The experiment uses the near infrared spectrum technique to carry on the research to 120 millet,The results show that The correct identification rate of red gluten by qualitative analysis model was 100%,RMSEP of validation set of quantitative analysis model is 0.176,R^2 is 96.68,Therefore,it is feasible to identify millet varieties quickly by near infrared spectroscopy.
