摘要
[目的]探讨教育诊断评价中倾向、强化及促成因素(PRECEDE)模式对急性心肌梗死(AMI)介入治疗病人疾病知识及自我护理能力的影响。[方法]根据随机数字表法将2017年1月-2018年6月心内科收治的100例AMI介入治疗病人分为观察组及对照组各50例,对照组实施心内科常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理基础上实施为期3个月的PRECEDE模式护理。分别于干预前、干预3个月后采用自行设计AMI介入治疗疾病知识量表、自我护理能力量表、世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对两组病人疾病知识、自我护理能力及生活质量进行评价。[结果]观察组干预后病人饮食管理、遵医用药、运动管理、日常生活管理、情绪管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人干预后自我护理能力总评分及生活质量总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]PRECEDE模式能有效提高AMI介入治疗病人疾病认知水平及自我护理能力,改善病人生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of predisposing,reinporcing,and enabling causes in educational diagnosis and evaluation(PRECEDE) mode on disease knowledge and self-care ability in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) undergoing interventional therapy.Methods:One hundred patients with AMI undergoing interventional therapy were enrolled in the department of cardiology from June 2017 to June 2018.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50) according to the random number table.The patients were received with cardiology routine nursing in control group,and PRECEDE model based nursing in the basis of cardiology routine nursing in the observation group for 3 months.The disease knowledge,self-care ability,and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention were evaluated by the self-designed AMI Intervention Disease Knowledge Scale,Self-care Ability Scale,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF).Results:The scores of dietary management,medical treatment,exercise management,daily life management,and emotional management in observation group after intervention were higher than control group(P<0.05).The total scores of self-care ability and quality of life in observation group after intervention were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PRECEDE model can effectively improve the disease cognition level and self-care ability,and improve the quality of life in patients with AMI undergoing interventional therapy.
