摘要
高校思想政治工作作为我国高校教育工作中非常重要的组成部分,对其进行有效评价自然也成为评价我国高校工作的又一重要方式。而评价又离不开评价指标体系这一重要核心,因为没有这一核心的支持,不仅评价活动无法顺利开展,而且即使得出了评价结论,但往往缺乏科学依据。如果评价指标体系无法建立或建立的评价指标体系不够科学、合理,那么不但无法为高校思想政治工作评价找到相应依据,而且让高校思想政治工作丧失科学发展、改革创新的动力。所以,建立科学、有效的高校思想政治工作评价指标体系非常关键,不仅是我国高校思想政治工作体现国家教育方针的重要方式,而且是促进和带动我国高校其他学科或专业齐头并进的重要力量。为此,需结合自身已有理论基础和实践经验的基础上,对我国高校如何科学构建思想政治工作评价体系进行了初步探讨。
The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is a very important part of the education work in colleges and universities in our country.Effective evaluation of it naturally becomes another important way to evaluate the work in colleges and universities in our country.And evaluation cannot be separated from the important core of evaluation index system,because without the support of this core,not only evaluation activities cannot be carried out smoothly,but even if evaluation conclusions are drawn,they often lack scientific basis.If the evaluation index system cannot be established or the established evaluation index system is not scientific and reasonable,it will not only fail to find the corresponding basis for the evaluation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,but also make the ideological and political work in colleges and universities lose the motivation for scientific development,reform and innovation.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific and effective evaluation index system for ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It is not only an important way for ideological and political work in colleges and universities in our country to reflect the national education policy,but also an important force to promote and drive other disciplines or specialties in colleges and universities in our country to go hand in hand.Therefore,on the basis of combining the existing theoretical basis and practical experience,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on how to scientifically construct the evaluation system of ideological and political work in Chinese universities,thus providing necessary theoretical basis and guidance for the future development of Chinese universities in this field.
