Determination of propofol anesthetic in aquatic products by Qu ECh ERS-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection

摘要 建立了QuEChERS-结合高效液相色谱荧光法检测水产品中丙泊酚麻醉剂的残留量的测定方法。样品经乙腈提取后,使用QuEChERS方法对提取液进行净化,采用荧光检测器进样测定,外标法定量。结果表明,丙泊酚麻醉剂在0.05~1.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998;在样品中添加0.25、0.5、1.0 mg/kg 3个浓度水平的加标实验中,回收率为84.25%~101.44%,相对标准偏差为3.43%~9.44%,方法检出限为0.01mg/kg。此方法操作简单、省时、重现性高,适用于丙泊酚麻醉剂的残留量检测。 A method for the determination of propofol anesthetic residues in aquatic products by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence was developed. After the sample was extracted with acetonitrile, the extract was purified by the QuEChERS method, and the sample was measured by a fluorescence detector and quantified by an external standard method. The results showed that the propofol anesthetic had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~1.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. In the spiked experiments with the addition of 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 mg/kg in the sample, the recovery rate was 84.25%~101.44%, the relative standard deviation was 3.43%~9.44%, and the method detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The method is simple, time-saving and reproducible, and suitable for detecting residual amount of propofol anesthetic.
