摘要
以攻丝钢板高强度螺栓连接的装配式钢框架斜支撑节点静力试验为基础,采用有限元分析方法,对试验过程进行非线性数值模拟与分析。研究了此节点的受力变形机理,探讨了钢材牌号、攻丝钢板厚度、斜支撑钢板厚度、螺栓孔边距、螺栓孔端距、螺栓孔中距等因素对节点受力性能的影响。分析结果表明:随着钢材牌号的增大,节点的抗滑移能力及极限承载力有明显提升,钢材牌号宜选用Q345钢及以上;当攻丝钢板厚度超过20 mm时,其极限承载力不再明显提高,因此攻丝钢板厚度建议取0.7d0~1.0d0。研究分析的结果可为工程设计提供参考依据。
Based on the diagonal bracing joints static test of prefabricated steel frame structure connected with steel tapping high-strength bolts,the whole test process is simulated and analyzed using finite element method.The status of stress and deformation about the joints is analyzed,and the influence on mechanical properties of the joints are discussed including steel grades,thickness of tapping steel plate,thickness of diagonal bracing steel plate,the margin and end distance,and the central distance between bolt openings.The results show that the increase of steel grades leads to obvious improvement of the joints anti-slide ability and ultimate capacity.It is recommended that steel grades should be used above Q345.Considering that the ultimate bearing capacity is no longer obviously increased when the thickness of the tapping steel exceeds 20 mm,it is recommended to take the thickness of tapping steel plate at 0.7d0~1.0d0.Research results can provide a reference for future engineering design.
