摘要
为研究rcsB基因缺失对鸡白痢沙门菌的致病性作用,通过Red同源重组、动物体外及体内试验比较亲本株和缺失株的致病性及生物学特性。结果显示:rcsB基因缺失后,亲本株的生长速度减慢,对肠上皮细胞黏附与侵入能力显著降低,对2日龄SPF鸡的致死性减弱以及在宿主体内生存能力也显著降低。研究调控因子RcsB对致病性的调控机制,可为防控鸡白痢沙门菌病的致病作用等提供了前期数据支撑。
In order to study the pathogenic effect of rcsB gene deletion on Salmonella Pullorum,the pathogenicity and biological characteristics of parent strains and deletion strains were compared by Red homologous recombination and in vitro and in vivo experiments.The results showed that the parent strain was deleted rcsB gene,in which the growth rate was slowed down,the adhesion and invasion ability of intestinal epithelial cells were significantly reduced,the lethality of 2-day-age SPF chickens was reduced,and the viability in the host was also significantly reduced.To study the regulatory factors RcsB to provide a preliminary data support for pathogenic regulation mechanism and prevention and control of the pathogenic role of Pullorum disease.
