创新教学模式翻转课堂在国外医学本科生教育中的应用现状 被引量:13

Advances of the Innovative Teaching Model Flipped Classroom in International Medical Education and Practice

摘要 我国高等教育改革的目的就是要探索新的教学模式,提升创新人才培养水平。作为一种创新型的教学模式,翻转课堂愈来愈被全球广大教育工作者重视,众多高校教师积极参与到这一模式的探索和应用。然而,翻转课堂在高等医学教育尤其是我国的高等医学教育中的研究及应用报道较少。文章通过检索、阅读Pub Med数据库中2012年6月至2018年12月之间发表的关于翻转课堂在医学本科生教育中的研究文献,对比、分析了翻转课堂相较于传统教学模式的特点,系统综述了国外尤其是发达国家翻转课堂的研究现状及应用效果,总结了医学教育工作者对这一教学模式的评价,并进一步探讨了目前翻转课堂在实践过程中仍然存在的不足,为进一步在国内医学教育中推行这种模式提供参考。 The object of higher education reform in China is to improve the cultivation quality of the innovative talents by exploring the new approach to teaching. As a new teaching model,flipped classroom( FC) has been increasingly popular and attracted more and more attentions from educators all over the world. Many foreign educators have studied and put this teaching model into practice in many different disciplines. However,few studies on the research and application of FC in medical teaching have been reported,especially by Chinese educators. In this study,to explore the literature defining applications of the FC in undergraduate medical education,the author specifically searched Pub Med database by using the keywords of "flipped classroom"or"flipped learning"or"inverted classroom"and"medical education". The articles meeting the following inclusion criteria were chosen:( 1) Articles were published from June 2012 to December 2018,as 2012 was the year of the first publication of an application of the FC to medical student teaching;( 2) Full texts of the articles were accessible;( 3) The learners in the article were undergraduate medical students.The charactics and the advances of flipped classroom teaching model in international medical education and practice were reviewed.Moreover,the evaluation on the effects of the new teaching model given by teachers was summarized. Then the author further explored the benefits and limitations of flipped classroom approach to teaching from both a student and faculty member perspective. The research also provided proposals for implementing flipped classroom in our domestic higher medical education.
