摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理对老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)患者康复锻炼依从性及并发症的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年4月-2018年12月收治的124例OVCF患者,随机分为两组,各62例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行延续性护理,比较两组康复锻炼依从性、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组锻炼时间、锻炼部位、锻炼动作及锻炼积极性评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前相比,两组护理后躯体、社会、心理、综合及环境各领域评分均升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年OVCF患者实施延续性护理干预可提高康复锻炼依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on compliance of rehabilitation exercise and complications in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF). Method: A total of 124 patients with OVCF in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basic of the control group. The compliance of rehabilitation exercise, complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Result: The exercise time, scores of exercise part, exercise action and exercise enthusiasm in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with before nursing, the physical, social, psychological, comprehensive and environmental scores increased in the tow groups after nursing, and observation group were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing intervention for elderly patients with OVCF can increase compliance of rehabilitation exercise, decrease the incidence of complications, improve quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
