摘要
目的:探讨输精管附睾显微吻合与麒麟丸共同治疗输精管梗阻原因所致不育症的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的输精管梗阻导致不育的男性患者68例。其中31例患者单纯行输精管附睾显微吻合治疗为对照组,其余37例患者采用输精管附睾显微吻合与麒麟丸共同治疗为治疗组,比较治疗前后患者精液中精子浓度、活精子百分率及A级精子百分率改善情况。结果:治疗前两组精子浓度、活精子百分率、A级精子百分率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项参数均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯输精管附睾显微吻合治疗输精管梗阻所致不育症相比较,在输精管附睾显微吻合的基础上加用麒麟丸共同治疗的效果更好,可使患者精子数量增加、精子活力提高,达到改善精液质量的目的。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of deferens epididymis microsurgery combined with Kirin Pills in the treatment of infertility caused by deferens obstruction. Method: From January 2016 to January 2018, 68 male patients with infertile patients caused by vas deferens obstruction were selected. Among them, 31 patients were treated with vas deferens epididymal microanastomosis as the control group, and other 37 patients were treated with vasovasal epididymal microanastomosis and Kirin Pills as the treatment group. The improvement of sperm concentration, live sperm percentage and grade A sperm percentage before and after treatment were compared. Result: There was no significant difference in sperm concentration, live sperm percentage and grade A sperm percentage between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the parameters of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the microanastomosis of vas deferens epididymis alone in the treatment of sterility caused by vas deferens obstruction, the effect of combined treatment with Kirin Pills on the basis of microanastomosis of vas deferens epididymis is better, which can increase the sperm quantity and sperm motility of the patients, and achieve the purpose of improving semen quality.
