异形坯连铸结晶器锥度的优化设计

摘要 结合相关软件的应用,建立了异形坯内铸坯以及结晶器铜板热力耦合模型,并对铸坯收缩变形以及铜板的热变形情况等进行分析,同时还参考拉速的影响,合理确定了异形坯结晶器锥度的设计,结果基本符合要求,从而给异形坯结晶器的设计提供参考。 Based on the application of relevant software, the thermo-mechanical coupling model of profiled billet casting blank and mould copper plate is established in this paper, and the shrinkage deformation of billet and the thermal deformation of copper plate are analyzed, at the same time, the influence of casting speed is also discussed. The design results of conic degree of special-shaped billet mould are determined reasonably, which can provide reference for the design of special-shaped billet mould.
