重载铁路长段落仰拱快速施工技术

摘要 重载铁路仰拱在砂质黄土、全风化白垩系砂岩等不良工程地质施工时,常规施工的短段落仰拱后期会出现不均匀沉降、施工缝渗漏水等病害。论文结合项目实际工程地质、水文地质及常见仰拱病害等因素,采用重载铁路长段落仰拱快速施工技术,通过减少施工缝数量,大大降低了仰拱的渗漏水现象,长段落仰拱快速施工,使得仰拱结构的整体性、承载能力得到显著提高,避免了重载铁路仰拱在后期运营过程中出现不同程度的不均匀沉降。 When heavy load railway inverted arch is constructed in bad engineering geology such as sandy loess and fully weathered Cretaceous sandstone, uneven settlement and leakage of construction joint will occur in the later stage of conventional construction.Combined with the actual engineering geology, hydrogeology and common inverted arch diseases of the project, this paper adopts the rapid construction technology of the long section of the heavy-duty railway. By reducing the number of construction joints, the leakage of the invert was greatly reduced, and the long section of the invert was constructed quickly, which significantly improved the integrity of the invert structure and the bearing capacity, and avoided uneven settlement of different degrees in the later operation of the heavy-haul railway invert.
