摘要
为优化机场水泥混凝土板底脱空注浆效果,通过注浆深度和停注标准对比试验、HWD弯沉评价测试等,对注浆施工工艺和评价手段进行了系统研究。试验结果表明,当注浆孔钻孔深度未达设计要求时会影响注浆效果;串浆或注浆量过大等可以作为注浆停住标准;注浆量变异性与基础脱空程度、注浆孔深度、注浆顺序等因素有关;注浆可显著改善机场水泥道面脱空情况。
In order to optimize the effect of grouting at the bottom of cement concrete slabs at the airport,the grouting construction technology and evaluation method are systematically studied through the comparative test of grouting depth and stop grouting standard,HWD deflection evaluation test,etc.The test results show that when the drilling depth of the grouting hole does not meet the design requirements,the grouting effect will be affected;the grouting can be used as the stop standard for grouting if the grouting amount is too large;the variability of the grouting amount is related to the degree of foundation void,the depth of the grouting hole,the grouting sequence and other factors;the grouting can significantly improve the void condition of the airport cement pavement.
