摘要
以某大桥预制箱梁预拱度计算结果作为切入点,针对于先简支后连续预制箱梁技术展开探讨,总结引发预拱度偏小的原因,并提出可行措施,以全面保障施工质量。实际结果表明,预制箱梁预拱度受到操作人员、工程材料以及所在区域自然环境等多方面因素影响,因此,在实际工作中要引起工程人员的高度重视。
Taking the precamber calculation results of prefabricated box girder of a bridge as the starting point,this paper discusses the precamber technology of prefabricated box girder after simple support,summarizes the causes of precamber being small,and puts forward feasible measures to comprehensively guarantee the construction quality.The actual results show that the precamber of prefabricated box girder is affected by many factors,such as the operator,engineering materials and the natural environment in the area,so the precamber of prefabricated box girder should be paid more attention to in the actual work.
