摘要 桥梁深水基础施工的主要问题是如何克服深水环境对施工的影响,目前深水基础围堰方案主要有双壁钢套箱围堰、钢管桩围堰、钢板桩围堰等形式.采用何种围堰形式能够保证快速、经济、安全可靠地在深水和复杂地层中进行桥梁基础施工是广大工程技术人员面临的一项重要课题.本文对锁口钢管桩围堰结构进行工艺研究,并详细阐述了湖南永州城南大桥主桥深水锁口钢管桩围堰的施工方法,该方法为深水基础岩层地质内低桩承台围堰的施工提供了一种新的思路. The main problem of constructing the deep water foundation of bridge is how to overcome the effect of the environment of deep water.Currently,double-wall steel boxed cofferdam,steel pipe pile cofferdam and steel plate pile cofferdam are the major forms in deep water foundation cofferdam scheme.How to select the cofferdam form to ensure the rapid,economic,safe and reliable construction of bridge foundation in deep water and complex strata is an important task faced by the engineering and technical personnel.In the paper,the construction method of the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam on the main bridge of Chengnan Bridge in Yongzhou of Hunan Province was elaborated by studying the structure and technology of the cofferdam.This method could provide a new thought for the construction of low pile cap cofferdam in deep water foundation with rock stratum geology.
