摘要
中国高等教育已经站在普及化阶段的门槛上,面对未来科技革命和产业变革,面对世界高等教育发展趋势和国家经济社会发展需要,高等教育应主动变革和超前谋划,以高质量发展应对未来挑战,满足人民日益增长的对优质高等教育的需求,培养更多符合国家现代化建设新要求的各类人才,服务支撑国家科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略。在推动高等教育高质量发展的进程中,特别需要关注多样发展、创新发展、开放发展、集群发展和智能发展,要坚持正确的办学方向,扎根中国大地,遵循教育规律,以务实的改革行动实现高质量发展的理念。
China’s higher education has already been on the threshold of popularization. In face of the approaching scientific-technical revolution and industrial transformation, and the trend of global higher education development and necessity of national economic and social development, China’s higher education should reform initiatively, plan in advance, develop with high-quality to meet the prospective challenges and satisfy people’s increasing demands of high-quality education, cultivate more talents who meet the new requirements of China’s modernization drive, and support the national strategy of reinvigorating the nation by science and education,strengthening the nation with talent, and innovation-driven development. We should attach special attention to diversified development, innovative development, open development, cluster development and intelligent development in the process of promoting higher education’s high-quality development. Furthermore, we should adhere to the correct direction of higher education’s development, take root in China’s particular circumstances,abide by the rules of education, and carry out reform practically to realize the concept of high-quality development.
