Du Hui-lan’s experience in the treatment of thin endometrium

摘要 子宫内膜过薄可影响子宫内膜容受性,导致胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率降低。杜惠兰教授以"肾主生殖""经水出诸肾"的理论为指导,认为薄型子宫内膜为精血亏虚,冲任胞宫失养为本,痰瘀气滞,阻滞胞宫脉络为标,采用通(调胞脉)补(益肾气)结合之法辨治薄型子宫内膜,临床辨证为肾虚证、气血亏虚证、肝郁气滞证、寒凝胞宫证等,治疗以补肾养血,通调胞脉为大法,兼以疏肝解郁、活血化瘀等。 Endometrial thickness can reflect endometrial functional status, is an important indicator for evaluating the endometrial receptivity and affects the implantation and development of the fertilized eggs. Too thin endometrium can affect endometrial receptivity, resulting in lower embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. Professor DU Hui-lan, guided by the theory of ‘kidney governing reproduction’ and ‘passing water out of the kidneys’, holding that the thin endometrium was characterized by deficiency of essence and blood, qi stagnations and phlegm stasis, blocking the choroid of the uterus as the standard. The therapy of combination of tonifying and dredging is used to differentiate and treat the thin endometrium. Syndrome differentiation is syndrome of deficiency of kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, accumulation disease with syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation, syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis and syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. Treatment of kidney-tonifying and blood-nourishing, regulating cellular veins as the main method.
