摘要
目的分析血培养中检出微生物的分布情况,测定其药物敏感率。方法择取我院检验科2017年1月至2018年12月10213瓶血培养标本作为研究标本,分析血培养检出微生物的分布情况,测定药物敏感率。结果 10213瓶血培养共计培养出357株菌株,其阳性率为3.50%。革兰氏阴性菌构成比49.02%、革兰氏阳性菌构成比41.74%,均明显高于真菌构成比9.24%(P<0.05)。结论本次研究中,主要的感染类型为细菌感染,不同病原菌药物敏感率差异较大,因此,临床治疗应该结合药敏结果,从而制定有效治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the distribution of microorganisms detected in blood culture and determine the drug sensitivity rate. Methods A total of 10213 bottles of blood culture samples from January 2017 to December 2018 in the laborator y depar tment of our hospital were selected as research samples to analyze the distribution of microorganisms detected in blood culture and determine the drug sensitivity rate. Results Three hundred and fiftyseven strains were cultured in 10213 bottles of blood culture, and the positive rate was 3.50%. The constituent ratio of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria was 49.02% and 41.73% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of fungi(9.24%)(P< 0.05). Conclusion In this study, the main type of infection was bacterial infection, and the sensitivity of different pathogens was quite different. Therefore, clinical treatment should be combined with drug susceptibility results to develop an effective treatment plan.
