摘要
目的对手术室舒适护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用价值进行分析研究。方法选取我院于2017年6月至2018年6月收治的100例乳腺癌手术患者,将所有患者按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(50例,使用常规护理方法)和观察组(50例,在常规护理的基础上使用舒适护理)。对两组患者的护理效果进行数据的整理和分析。结果两组乳腺癌手术患者在进行护理干预后均有一定程度的护理效果,但对照组的SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分均显著高于观察组,同时对照组的并发症发生率显著高于观察组,对照组的满意度则明显低于观察组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对乳腺癌患者实施临床手术后,通过手术室舒适护理的方式能取得明显更佳的效果,对患者术后的心理状态及并发症有显著的护理效果,有较高应用价值和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of operating room comfort nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. All patients were divided into control group(50 cases, using routine nursing methods) and observation group according to different nursing methods. Fifty cases, using comfortable care based on routine care).The data of the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were collated and analyzed. Results Both groups of breast cancer patients had a certain degree of nursing effect after nursing intervention, but the SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the control group were significantly higher than the observation group, and the complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the observation group, the satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After the clinical operation of breast cancer patients, the method of comfortable nursing in the operating room can achieve significantly better results, and has significant nursing effect on the postoperative psychological state and complications of patients, which has higher application value and promotion.
