摘要
目的观察麻醉镇痛泵在妇产科手术后的护理效果。方法共98例妇产科手术患者,2017年2月至2018年12月,将手术患者分成对照和观察两组,每组49例。给予对照组患者常规治疗法,给予观察组患者麻醉镇痛泵治疗法。结果术后镇痛评定结果比较观察组较对照组高,两组子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、宫外孕术后镇痛评定结果比较无明显差异(P>0.05);剖宫产术后镇痛评定两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时间点观察组患者VAS评分均较对照组低,不良反应比较观察组较对照组低,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论将麻醉镇痛泵应用到妇产科手术后,有助于缓解患者身体的疼痛感,降低患者的不良反应发生率,疾病护理效果明显提升。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of anesthesia analgesia pump after gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with gynecologic surgery were enrolled. From February 2017 to December 2018, the patients were divided into control and observation groups, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and the anesthesia analgesia pump treatment was given to the observation group. Results The results of postoperative analgesia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in postoperative analgesia of uterine myoma, ovarian cyst and extrauterine pregnancy between the two groups(P> 0.05), but there was significant difference in postoperative analgesia between the two groups(P< 0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at different time points. The adverse reactions were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of anesthesia analgesia pump to gynecological and obstetric surgery can help relieve the pain of the patient’s body, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and significantly improve the disease care effect.
