摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在宫腔镜治疗功能失调子宫出血手术中的应用效果。方法选取漯河市第二人民医院妇科收治的行宫腔镜治疗功能失调子宫出血手术的患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理干预。观察两组患者各手术临床指标情况及护理满意度。结果观察组手术各临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行宫腔镜治疗功能失调子宫出血手术的患者给予综合护理干预,患者阴道出血量少,手术时间短,术后恢复快,护理满意度高,护理效果好。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hysteroscopy for dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 60 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that in the control group(73.33%). The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is given to patients undergoing hysteroscopy for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, the amount of vaginal bleeding is small, the operation time is short, the recovery is fast, the nursing satisfaction is high, and the nursing effect is good.
