摘要
成人教育在构建学习型社会中一直发挥着不可替代的作用,但随着时代发展,在建设思路、办学特色、培养质量等方面也面临很多现实问题。文章指出,大数据技术的深度发展为改进成人教育教学管理工作带来了新的机遇。在大数据时代背景下,成人教育教学管理工作要主动把握时代机遇,不断强化数据思维,发挥技术优势,加强规划研究,深化课程建设,探索提升教学管理的新模式、新方法。
Adult education has always played an irreplaceable role in the construction of a learning society, but with the development of the times, there are also many practical problems in the construction of ideas, school characteristics, training quality and so on. This paper points out that the deep development of big data technology has brought new opportunities for improving the management of adult education and teaching. Under the background of big data era, the management of adult education and teaching should take the initiative to grasp the opportunity of the times, constantly strengthen the thinking of data, give play to the advantages of technology, strengthen planning and research, deepen the construction of courses, and explore new ways and new mode of promoting teaching management.
