丁羟推进剂中活性组分对Ⅱ界面黏结强度的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on influence of active components in hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene propellant on bonding strength of Ⅱ interface

摘要 研究了催化剂三苯基铋(TPB)、固化剂异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、工艺助剂GZ(自制酯类化合物)以及键合剂JH(氮丙啶类化合物)等活性组分对IPDI型丁羟推进剂装药Ⅱ界面(包含绝热层/衬层、衬层/推进剂2个界面)黏结强度的影响。结果表明,丁羟推进剂中的活性组分TPB、IPDI、GZ和JH等均对Ⅱ界面黏结性能具有明显的影响。 The influence of the active components including catalyst triphenyl bismuth(TPB),curing agent isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),processing auxiliaries GZ(self-made ester compound),bonding agent JH(aziridine compound),etc.on the bonding strength ofⅡinterface(including two interfaces of insulation layer/liner and liner/propellant)of IPDI type hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene propellant charge was investigated.The results show that the active components including TPB,IPDI,GZ and JH,etc.all possess significant influence on the bonding performance of theⅡinterface.
