摘要
目的:观察多功能激光光电平台联合中药治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取于我科门诊就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者62例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各31例。在常规西药治疗基础上,治疗组给予多功能激光光电平台联合中药治疗,对照组给予中药治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组可有效降低玫瑰痤疮患者红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒及毛细血管扩张症状积分,总有效率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多功能激光光电平台联合中药治疗可显著改善玫瑰痤疮临床症状。
Objective:to observe the clinical effect of multi-functional laser photoelectric platform combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea. Methods:a total of 62 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with multifunctional laser photoelectric platform combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results:erythema,papule pustules,pruritus and telangiectasia were significantly reduced in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:multi-function laser photoelectric platform combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of rosacea patients,and the effect is significant.
