摘要
目的:分析放血疗法治疗顽固性面瘫现代临床文献的经穴应用规律。方法:对中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库中符合放血治疗为主或放血配合其它疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的相关文献进行检索及梳理,得到相关文献26篇,分析其应用规律。结果:分析发现阳白、颧髎、地仓、太阳、颊车、牵正、下关是最常用腧穴,主要分布在面部;腧穴所属经脉主要集中于足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经、手太阳小肠经;放血疗程隔日1次,放血量为1~2mL。结论:放血疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的选穴规律有着以近部取穴、循经取穴、辨证取穴为主,辨病取穴配合使用,放血刺激量较小的规律。
Objective: To analyze the acupoint selection law of intractable facial paralysis treated with bloodletting therapy on the foundation of modern clinical research literatures. Methods: The modern clinical research literatures about acupuncture treating intractable facial paralysis were retrieved form the CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases. A total of 26 research literatures were selected into this current study to analyze the acupoint selection law of intractable facial paralysis treated with bloodletting therapy. Results: The results showed that the most common acupoints included Yangbai(GB14), Quanliao(SI18), Dicang(ST4), Taiyang, Jiache(ST6), Qianzheng and Xiaguan(ST7), which mainly distributed on the face. The involvement of channels mainly included the stomach channel of FootYangming, conception channel, the gallbladder meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and the small intestine channel of Hand-Taiyang. The course of bloodletting therapy was once every other day, and the volume was 1~2 mL. Conclusion:The mainly of nearby part selection and together with followed meridian selection, syndrome differentiation selection and a small dose of bloodletting were the law of acupiont selection when treating intractable facial paralysis with bloodletting therapy.
