摘要
大数据给学校德育工作带来深刻的影响,使学校德育实现个性化,并提升德育工作效能。面对大数据的冲击,学校德育应从精准德育过程、精准德育预测、精准德育干预、精准德育评价等方面构建精准德育工作新模式,同时从理念引领、平台搭建、制度建设、队伍打造等路径去推进学校德育精准化进程。
Big data has a profound impact on school moral education,making school moral education personalized and improving the efficiency of moral education.In the face of the impact of big data,school moral education should construct a new model of precision moral education from the aspects of precision of moral education process,precision of moral education prediction,precision of moral education intervention,and precision of moral education evaluation.At the same time,it is necessary to promote the process of precision moral education in schools through such paths as concept guidance,platform construction,system construction and team building.
