摘要
为探讨海河干流表层沉积物中有机质和营养盐的含量及其生物有效性,采集了海河干流12个点位的60个表层沉积物样品,测定其有机碳、总氮、碱解氮、总磷、速效磷和速效钾的含量,评价海河表层沉积物中有机碳、总氮和总磷的富集水平。结果表明:沉积物中总氮和总磷污染较为严重,但氮、磷的生物有效性较低。有机碳主要来自河流中藻类及浮游生物等生物残体的分解,有机质在沉积物中的富集成为氮的重要来源,而对磷的沉积影响不大。
A total of 60 surface sediment samples were collected from 12 sites in the Haihe River to investigate the contents and bioavailability of organic matter and nutrients in the surface sediments.The results showed that total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)were seriously polluted in the surface sediments,and yet bioavailability of nitrogen and phosphorus was low.Total organic carbon(TOC)in the surface sediments of the Haihe River was mostly derived from the bio residues of algae,plankton,and aquatic organisms.Sedimentation of organic matter was the main source of TN in the surface sediments in the Haihe River,but did not seem to have effect on TP enrichment.
