时速350km中国标准动车组车内布线橡胶软管的研制

摘要 研究不同牌号氯丁橡胶(CR)、补强填料、增塑剂和阻燃剂对时速350 km中国标准动车组车内布线橡胶软管性能的影响。结果表明:在布线橡胶软管胶料配方中,采用CRSN32和顺丁橡胶为主体材料、炭黑N550为补强剂,并添加增塑剂TP-95和阻燃剂FR-66,胶料具有优良的混炼和挤出工艺性能,且能够满足高速动车组对车内布线橡胶软管物理性能、耐低温性能和阻燃性能的要求。 The effects of different grades of neoprene(CR),reinforcing fillers,plasticizers and flame retardants on the properties of rubber hose for interior wiring of China standard 350 km·h^-1 EMU were investigated.The results showed that,by using CRSN32 and butadiene rubber as the main material,carbon black N550 as the reinforcing agent,and adding plasticizer TP-95 and flame retardant FR-66,the compound had excellent mixing performance and extrusion process performance,and could meet the requirements of the physical properties,low temperature resistance and flame resistance of the rubber hose for the interior wiring of high-speed EMU.
