摘要
岩屑回注技术是将岩屑与海水、油田废水等充分混合,通过研磨处理及添加化学药剂使之成为稳定的浆体,然后利用水力压裂的手段将其注入并永久封存到合适的地层中。该技术是一种既经济,又能满足日益严格的环保要求的钻屑处理手段。本文着重介绍了回注地层筛选、回注井选择与设计、注入参数优化、回注浆体性质调控、回注设备选择以及回注监测等岩屑回注关键流程,并进一步对岩屑回注在我国海上油田的应用前景做了展望。
Cutting reinjection(CRI)is a technology that mixes drilling cuttings,sea water and waste fluids of oil fields,grinds the cutting to desired size and adds necessary chemical agents to form stable slurry,and then uses hydraulic method to inject the slurry into a proper formation.CRI is a cost-effective solution that meets the more and more stringent environmental standards.This article covers the main aspects of CRI technology,including the evaluation and selection of injection formations,the selection and design of injection wells,the optimization of injection parameters,the adjustment of injection slurry properties,the choice of injection equipment,and CRI monitoring.The article also discusses the prospective applications of CRI technology in offshore oilfields of China.
