摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在肝胆外科临床PBL教学中的应用。方法针对两组本科实习学生,分别采用传统教学方法和结合3D打印技术的PBL教学法进行教学,引导学生对3D打印肝脏实体模型进行立体观察学习,熟悉肝内各管道、肿瘤大小、位置及其与肝内各管道的空间解剖关系,再结合实际病例对3D打印模型进行讲解,然后对所学的知识进行考核对比。结果肝胆外科实习生通过3D打印肝脏模型,能在短时间内了解并掌握肝脏解剖特点,应用3D打印技术的PBL教学法教学成绩优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合3D打印技术的PBL教学法对临床本科生在肝胆外科的临床教学是一种有效的教学方法。
Objective To explore the application of 3D printing technology in clinical PBL teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods Two groups of undergraduate students were taught by traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method combined with 3D printing technology.Guide students to conduct stereoscopic observation and learning of the 3D printed solid liver model,and get familiar with various hepatic ducts,tumor size,location and spatial anatomical relationship with various hepatic ducts.Then explain the 3D printed model based on actual cases,and then the knowledge learned was examined and compared.Results Hepatobiliary surgery interns could understand and master the anatomical characteristics of liver in a short time by 3D printing liver model.The teaching performance of PBL method using 3D printing technology was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with 3D printing technology is an effective teaching method for clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery for clinical undergraduates.
